Brial is an "All in One" for mental and nutritional health: easily search and choose your preferred health professional, select the type of session (individual, couple, family, etc.) schedule your appointment, prepare your file email and send it to your professional, pay online, enter your personalized room and log in to the virtual office of your health professional.

Is psychotherapy or nutritional consultation 100% online?

 The service is 100% online, in virtual offices with video call and chat functions. You can reschedule or cancel appointments.

Can I take psychotherapy or nutritional consultation at any time or day?

The video calls will only be available on the dates and times available in the agenda of the health professionals; however, the chat can be used at any time without any date or time limit.

Can I contact my therapist or nutritionist at any time?

Through the chat, yes, but each professional will respond according to their times and service policies. Contact via video call will only be on the date and time of the scheduled appointment and during the time provided for each session. The times of individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes (including adolescents and children) and 90 minutes for couples and families. In the case of nutritional consultation, individual session times are a maximum of 40 minutes (including adolescents and children) and a maximum of 80 minutes for couples and family members.

How can I know the experience of each health professional?
